Discover
We start by understanding what you actually need: goals, constraints, and budget, before a single line of code gets written.
That means a real conversation, not a generic questionnaire. We figure out what has to exist for launch and what can wait, so you’re not paying for scope you don’t need yet.
Once that’s clear, we put together a plan: scope, timeline, and a fixed price, before any work starts.

Build
Based on the discovery phase, we put together a roadmap and start building. You get a shared, transparent plan and regular updates as we go, not a black box until delivery day.
You’re talking directly to the people writing the code: Antria and Adamos, both hands-on in development. No account manager relaying messages back and forth.
If something needs to change along the way, we tell you as soon as we know, along with what it means for scope and timeline.
Deliver
We launch, then hand over everything you need to run it yourself: credentials, documentation, and a walkthrough of how it all fits together.
You’re not locked into us for every future change, but we’re reachable after go-live if something comes up or you want to keep building.

- Testing. We test the core flows before launch, not just the happy path.
- Handover. Documentation and a walkthrough so you’re not dependent on us to understand your own product.
- Support. Reachable after launch for fixes, questions, or the next phase of work.
